Peer Mentoring Project - Presentation of Results and Launch of Call for Mentees
The Peer Mentoring project at UniTo aims to address the need for professional development and updating of the university's faculty. Specifically, the project involves specially trained faculty members (the Mentors) who will support their colleagues (the Mentees) in carrying out actions to improve or innovate teaching methods.
In September 2024, the program began, and 18 faculty members participated in the dedicated training and obtained the qualification of Mentors. On February 17th, the results of the program will be presented, and the experiences of the Mentors will be shared. On this occasion, the next phase of the project will be illustrated, during which expressions of interest from faculty members interested in becoming mentees will be collected.
