Peer Mentoring for Innovation and Excellence in Learning and Teaching
For the academic year 2025/2026, a second edition of the PM_UniTo project is being launched, which involves the availability of Mentors to support colleagues in the role of Mentees.
The Mentee is a university lecturer who, through the support and exchange with specially trained colleagues (the Mentors), carries out actions aimed at improving and innovating their teaching practices.
The program includes:
- Identification of future lecturers in the role of "Mentee"
- Initial meetings between Mentors and Mentees
- Classroom observations during the Menteeās lessons
- Final feedback meetings
Applications for participation by tenured teaching staff at the University of Turin can be submitted from June 26 at 9:00 AM to July 20 at 12:00 PM by completing the dedicated form.
Places are limited. Selection criteria include:
- Order of application submission
- Departmental distribution
- For fixed-term research staff, completion of the IRIDI START program is required
KICK-OFF MEETING
An informational meeting for Mentees who have applied will be held on September 8 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The room will be announced shortly.
