Teaching and Learning Center
The “Valter Cantino” Department of Management, with the collaboration and sponsorship of the Teaching Learning Center, has devised a new training course - MOOC - entitled:
‘Challenge for Skill’
designed to support students in the development of transversal skills.
The course was created as part of the Innovative Tutoring 2024-2025 project, financed last year, and POT Talents for Economics, Management and Tourism funds, of which UniTo (Department of Management) is the national coordinator, in collaboration with 40 Italian universities.
Currently also T/A staff of the Management and Economics Cluster can access the training course available at the link on the UniTo MOOC platform:
Programme
The course is divided into 10 strategic thematic areas, each of which is addressed through a training video and a final quiz:

- Stress Management
- Controlling Emotions
- Planning
- Time Management
- Adapting to Change
- Negotiation
- Decision Making
- Problem Solving
- Teamwork and Leadership
Open Badge
By completing all modules and passing the final quizzes, the UniTo Bestr Open Badge is awarded.
