On Wednesday, September 18th, the Peer Mentoring for Innovation and Excellence in Learning and Teaching Program officially began. It included four days of classroom training and involved 19 faculty members from the University of Turin, under the scientific supervision of Prof. Ettore Felisatti (University of Padua and ASDUNI).

The training is characterized as an active path of knowledge and experimentation of peer mentoring functions and practices aimed at acquiring adequate mentoring skills. These skills will later be made available to colleagues at the University through the creation of individual and/or group projects to support professional development and improve teaching practices.

The group of mentors consists of 19 faculty members from the University who, after the initial and experiential training, will be able to guide colleagues in reflection and innovation processes on their teaching practices.
