The Teaching and Learning Centre at the University of Turin is pleased to announce the event “Communication Practices and AI: Between Automation, Autonomy and Responsibility”, which will take place at Palazzo Nuovo from 25 February to 18 March 2026, with a focus on AI and responsibility.

Giampaolo Contestabile, psychologist and co-founder of the Brigata Basaglia, author of the splendid essay *Psychology of Resistance* (effequ, 2024), trained in both Mexico and Italy, and an expert in the psychology of disasters and change.
Diego Alexander Vélez Quiroz, an expert in digital cartography applied to literature and writing, project lead for ‘Architecture of the Literary Object: Modes of Appropriation of Digital Literature in the Colombian Literary Field’ at the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (Colombia), which is soon to be published as a book.
Federico Mattioli, PhD candidate at the University of Turin, whose research topic is “Creativity and Artificial Intelligence, with specific application to the theatre field.
Tommaso Guadagni, digital designer specialising in data and visual journalism, co-founder of DALK, a data-driven journalism agency specialising in identifying, analysing and translating data into stories.
