VISION VIrtual Reality and AI for Staff InnovatiON
How can artificial intelligence and immersive technologies support innovation in universities?
From 2 to 6 November 2026, the University of Turin will host VISION, an international Staff Week jointly organised by Laboratorio LIFE, the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) and UNITA.
The event will bring together technical and administrative staff from European universities to explore artificial intelligence, virtual reality and 3D modelling, combining practical activities, critical reflection and the exchange of professional experiences.

Through hands-on workshops and seminars, participants will explore human–AI interaction, 3D modelling and immersive environments, AI ethics and regulation, and multilingual communication and intercomprehension.
A dedicated Teaching and Learning Centre workshop will focus on the role of these centres in professional development and educational innovation, offering opportunities to share resources, compare organisational approaches and exchange experiences across universities.
Cultural visits and social activities will complement the training programme, offering opportunities to discover Turin and connect with colleagues from across Europe.
