Peer Mentoring Project - Presentation of Results and Launch of Call for Mentees 17/02 14:00

UniTo is pleased to announce the results of the Peer Mentoring Project, an initiative aimed at promoting the professional development and updating of our faculty. This project involves specially trained Mentors who offer support to their colleagues (Mentees) to improve and innovate teaching methods.

The program, which began in September 2024, saw the participation of 18 faculty members who completed the training and obtained the qualification of Mentors. On February 17, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Sala Blu of the Rectorate in via Po 17 and online in the TLC Webex room, we will present the results of this program and share the experiences of the Mentors.

During the event, Prof. Felisatti will illustrate the results of the experimentation, followed by interventions from the University Mentors. Finally, the next phase of the project will be presented, which involves collecting expressions of interest from faculty members interested in becoming Mentees.
