Peer Mentoring for Innovation and Excellence in Learning and Teaching
With the aim of meeting the professional development and growth needs of the University's teaching staff, the Teaching and Learning Center UniTo in Turin launched an innovative experimental Peer Mentoring project in 2024.
This initiative included initial consultation from Prof. Ettore Felisatti of the University of Padua and the ASDUNI Association - the Italian Association for the Promotion and Development of University Teaching, Learning, and Education.
The Peer Mentoring for Innovation and Excellence in Learning and Teaching program is dedicated to the structured teaching staff of the University of Turin.
The first training course for Mentors has concluded: 18 professors from the University of Turin have obtained the PM_UniTo open badge. In 2025, the first Calls will be launched to collect expressions of interest to participate as Mentees.
