What is the MOOC "Challenge for Skill"?
“Challenge for Skill” is a free, innovative, flexible, and always accessible training program designed to support students, UniTo technical-administrative staff, and external users in developing soft skills, which are increasingly in demand in academia and the job market.
The MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) allows each participant to personalize their learning pace according to their own needs.
Thanks to video testimonials from high-level professionals, the program offers dynamic and practical training on key topics for personal growth, career guidance, and employability.
The course is structured into 10 strategic thematic areas, each addressed through a training video and a final quiz:

Skills Certification: Open Badge
By completing all modules and passing the final quizzes, you will earn the UniTo Bestr Open Badge, a digital certification of skills recognized both nationally and internationally. The badge is available in Italian and English, and can be shared on your CV, LinkedIn, or professional portfolio.

How to participate
Access the Moodle platform and enroll in the “Challenge for Skill” course.
To access the e-learning content, you need to create an account (even if you are already a UniTo student or technical-administrative staff member). Registration is available on the Login via the Create an account button. Once registered, you can access the MOOC.
The project is funded by the Fondo Unico di Ateneo per il Tutorato (2024) and the POT “Talenti per l’Economia, il Management e il Turismo” (MUR, Piani Orientamento e Tutorato 2021–2023), with the support of the Teaching Learning Center.
