PM_UNITO Mentee (2nd ed)

Peer Mentoring for Innovation and Excellence in Learning and Teaching

For the academic year 2025/2026, a second edition of the PM_UniTo project is being launched, which involves the availability of Mentors to support colleagues in the role of Mentees.

The Mentee is a university lecturer who, through the support and exchange with specially trained colleagues (the Mentors), carries out actions aimed at improving and innovating their teaching practices.

The program includes:

  • Identification of future lecturers in the role of "Mentee"
  • Initial meetings between Mentors and Mentees
  • Classroom observations during the Mentee’s lessons
  • Final feedback meetings

Applications from permanent teaching staff of the University of Turin may be submitted by completing the dedicated form according to the following deadlines:

  • by mid-October for those interested in starting the programme in the first semester,
  • by mid-December for those interested in starting the programme in the second semester.

Places are limited. Selection criteria include:

  • Order of application submission
  • Departmental distribution
  • For fixed-term research staff, completion of the IRIDI START program is required

KICK-OFF MEETING
