Directive Council

The Board of Directors is the governing and planning body of the Center's activities.

The Board is composed of the Rector, or their delegate, as President, one representative from each Department, the Director of the Center, the Vice-Rector for Teaching, a Vice-Rector for Research, the President of the Teaching Committee of the Academic Senate, the President of the Research Committee of the Academic Senate, one representative from the PTA indicated by each of the reference Directions (Teaching and Student Services, Innovation and Internationalization, SIPE, Research), and 4 student representatives appointed by the Student Council.

The Board of Directors:

  • Defines the guidelines to be developed over the course of the year
  • Establishes the strategic priorities of the Center
  • Approves the coordination lines between the Center and public and private entities in the implementation of projects consistent with the Center's mission
  • Prepares the budget proposal and approves the final budget

Participating in Board meetings as a Consultant is a member of the University's Quality Assurance Committee, Prof. Daniela Robasto, Department of Philosophy and Education Sciences.
