Training objectives
- Understand the characteristics that define good classroom performance
- Understand and test the factors of effectiveness of the communication process in the classroom at a verbal and non-verbal level
- Recognize and experiment with classroom-group management and feedback acquisition techniques

- Teacher performance in the classroom: a self-observation model
- Good communication and classroom group management practices
- Self-observation questionnaire
- Analysis of individual strengths and areas for improvement
- Identification of performance improvement and feedback acquisition techniques
- Sharing good practices
Registrations
Registration opens on July 24, 2026 at 9:00 am and close on September 1, 2026 at 3:00 pm filling out the appropriate form. Researchers can participate in training only following completion of the IRIDI Start course.
