Training objectives

  • Understand the characteristics that define good classroom performance
  • Understand and test the factors of effectiveness of the communication process in the classroom at a verbal and non-verbal level
  • Recognize and experiment with classroom-group management and feedback acquisition techniques

  • Teacher performance in the classroom: a self-observation model
  • Good communication and classroom group management practices
  • Self-observation questionnaire
  • Analysis of individual strengths and areas for improvement
  • Identification of performance improvement and feedback acquisition techniques
  • Sharing good practices

Registrations

Registration opens on July 24, 2026 at 9:00 am and close on September 1, 2026 at 3:00 pm filling out the appropriate form. Researchers can participate in training only following completion of the IRIDI Start course.

Open Badges

The open badge will be issued upon achievement of the planned activities:

  • attendance at the two in-person training sessions
