Edvance is the first Digital Education Hub dedicated to the development of advanced digital skills funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU as part of the PNRR call for proposals.
It is a network of 17 Italian universities and institutions of Higher Education in Art, Music, and Dance (AFAM).
One of the main objectives of the project is the creation of the federated portal www.edvance.it, which offers hundreds of free, high-quality online courses (MOOC/microcredentials) on advanced digital skills, created by the 17 universities and AFAM institutions.
The courses are aimed at students, workers, and citizens and aim to develop advanced digital skills in the areas of data literacy, artificial intelligence, transdisciplinarity, and digital sustainability.
At the end of each MOOC, an Open Badge is issued, digitally certifying the skills acquired and making them usable at a professional and curricular level.
