Training Course "Generative Artificial Intelligence for Active Teaching and Learning"

The Teaching and Learning Centre at the University of Turin announces that the university, in collaboration with COLUMBUS and Tecnológico de Monterrey, is promoting an online training course with microcredential certification entitled “Generative Artificial Intelligence for Active Teaching and Learning” as part of the PNRR Edvance - Digital Education Hub Higher Education Project, aimed at teaching staff.

The course, with a total duration of 21 hours (17 synchronous and 4 asynchronous), is designed to support teachers in developing skills related to the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in education.

The course is divided into two modules:

• Production of educational resources with AI (prompting, course redesign, assessment, production of multimedia materials).
• Educational innovation with AI (fundamentals, learning experience design, academic integrity, virtual tutors).

There will be two editions of the online training course, with the calendar already available online:

• Edition 1: from 30 September to 11 November 2025 – registration deadline 16 September.
• Edition 2: 4 November to 16 December 2025 – registration deadline 21 October.
