Registrations are open for START IRISES 13, the initial training course for university teaching promoted by Teaching and Learning Center of the University of Turin and aimed at newly hired fixed-term researchers.

The thirteenth edition will take place in the form of Residential summer school, from the 20 to 23 July 2026, at Casa Regina Montis Regalis in Vicoforte (CN). The training experience combines teaching activities, interdisciplinary comparison and networking moments in an intensive and collaborative context.
Participation is free and room and board costs are paid by the University. The path addresses the key themes of contemporary university teaching, including the student-centered approach, teaching planning, assessment for learning, inclusive teaching and the quality of University teaching, and provides for the release of a Open Badges final valid in Italy and abroad.
