PM_UNITO MENTEE (3 ED)
Peer Mentoring for Innovation and Excellence in Learning and Teaching
For the academic year 2026/2027 a third edition of the PM_UniTo project is launched which provides for the availability of Mentors to accompany colleagues in the role of Mentees.
The Mentee is a university professor who, through support and discussion with specially trained colleagues (the Mentors), carries out improvement and innovation actions in their teaching.
The path provides:
- identification of future teachers in the role of "Mentee"
- initial meetings between Mentors and Mentees
- classroom observations during the Mentee's lessons
- final restitution meetings
The applications for participation of the structured teaching staff of the University of Turin can be submitted by completing the appropriate form form with these deadlines:
- by October 15, 2026 for those interested in starting the course in the first semester,
- by December 15, 2026 for those interested in starting the course in the second semester
The number of places is limited. Application acceptance criteria:
- chronological order of arrival of applications
- distribution by departments
- for fixed-term research staff it is necessary to have completed the IRIDI START course
