Workshops UniToSkills4Careers

The CPS Department is once again offering the UniToSkills4Careers workshop series this academic year, as part of the UniToSkills4Careers project – Agreement 2022–2024 with Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo (EUR|OPLA'-VALUE).

The program includes 12 workshops, each lasting 18 hours, designed for UniTo students and aimed at developing transversal skills through participatory activities based on the experiential learning cycle.

The skills covered include: teamwork, problem solving, planning and organization, effective communication, goal and results orientation, stakeholder orientation, self-empowerment, and adaptability to changing contexts.

Upon completion of the program, students may obtain:
– 3 ECTS credits (if recognized by their degree program)
– A digital badge to enhance their CV

Places are limited to a maximum of 15 participants per workshop. No specific requirements are needed to apply.
