Training of University Scholars, Researchers, and Staff

Development and promotion of initial and continuous training initiatives aimed at the University Community, in line with developments in research on Faculty Development, to foster improvement and innovation in teaching and assessment.

The group is responsible for:

  • Initial and continuous training assessment and evaluation
    • Collecting existing experiences
    • Following up and identifying new training needs
       
  • Initial training activities
    • Systematizing the IRIDI START program for new hires
    • Training adjunct faculty, PhD students, etc.
       
  • Continuous training activities
    • Developing a comprehensive training offer (seminars, workshops, medium-term programs, etc.)
    • Establishing communities of practice
    • Providing mentoring and consultancy activities
       
  • Recognition of training participation
    • Acknowledging acquired skills through open badges
